  • This has been such a useful addition to our dinner table. We often have several dishes ready at different times, so keeping everything warm used to be difficult.       A thin heating film runs beneath the entire silicone surface, so Servora warms up in about 10 seconds and holds an even temperature from corner to corner. Put the roast in the middle and the sides at the ends, and every dish stays warm.

        The surface starts warming in about 10 seconds. Servora is designed to keep hot food warm, so for best results put dishes on the mat straight from the kitchen.

        Three: low (about 60°C / 140°F), medium (about 80°C / 176°F) and high (about 100°C / 212°F).

        Set the timer for 2 to 4 hours and it switches off automatically. As with any heating appliance, keep an eye on it while it's in use.

        Glass, ceramic, stainless steel, enamel and foil trays all work well. We don't recommend thin plastic containers on the high setting.

        Switch it off, unplug it and let it cool, then wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Don't submerge it in water.

        It measures 90 × 38 cm (35.4 × 15 in) and rolls up into a compact cylinder that fits easily in a cupboard.
