  • I was skeptical about the non-stick claims because I’ve had plenty of pans lose their coating after a few months. This one has been different so far. I followed the heating instructions, added a little oil, and my eggs released easily without sticking. The pan also heats evenly, and cleanup is surprisingly quick. It already feels like a great upgrade.

        This pan has become my go-to for cooking steaks. It gets properly hot and gives the meat a really nice crust without food sticking to the surface.       • Great for fish and crispy skin

        I bought this mainly for cooking fish, and it has been excellent. The pan gets hot evenly and gives the skin a really nice crisp finish. I was expecting some sticking, but after following the recommended heating process, the fish released much more easily than it does in my old pan. Cleanup afterward is also very straightforward.
